NEXITY ANNOUNCES THE SALE OF GUY HOQUET L'IMMOBILIER TO ARCHE, HOLDING OF CITYA GROUP

Nexity has sold its stake in the Guy Hoquet l'Immobilier franchise network, of which it has been the majority shareholder since 2006, to Arche, holding of Citya group.

For Arche group: Guy Hoquet l'Immobilier keeps its identity and the independence of its brand. This acquisition is part of the group's development strategy and corroborates its desire to offer its clients a complete range of real estate solutions and services.
