ProInvestor is an independent forum for equity research and debate in Denmark. On our forum daily meets thousands of dedicated investors to discuss the purchase of shares and investment strategies. ProInvestor has 50,000 unique visitors per month and over 6,500 subscribers to the weekly newsletter. This makes ProInvestor the leading network of private investors in Denmark. ProInvestors IR Portal serves users with stock quotes and financial news from respectively Danish, Swedish and American companies. The Danish companies in the "IR synergy universe" will be covered with in-depth investor presentations, annual reports and stock information. ProInvestor also organizes industry-specific Capital Market Days, online chat communication with private investors in the Q&A Retail. ProInvestor "IR Sync" offers synchronization of the company's description on various online media and webcast of the companies reporting, etc. ProInvestor was created as an online venue for private investors in 2009 and it is today Denmark's fastest growing financial media. ProInvestor was launched in Sweden in March 2011.
Mission
Our mission is to help listed companies to easier communicate their story to private investors. Therefore, we work primarily with digitalization of listed companies' equity story and online distribution. We are in close dialogue with our customers in order to understand their needs and desires in such degree that many of our products are developed in collaboration.
