'EMS SHIP SUPPLY' AND 'ARMA MARINE SERVICES S.A.' COMBINE THEIR STRENGHTS
EMS SHIP SUPPLY and ARMA MARINE SERVICES S.A./TURKEY (ARMA Int. Ship Supply & Foreign Trade Inc.) signed an agreement, on December 29, 2009. The agreement was signed by Mr. Per Lokkegaard on behalf of EMS Ship Supply and Mr. Osman Bilgin on behalf of ARMA MARINE SERVICES S.A.
With this aggrement EMS Ship Supply, appoints the company ARMA MARINE SERVICES S.A. as its exclusive supplier for all Turkish Ports, Straits and Offshore Services. ARMA MARINE SERVICES S.A. shall utilize EMS Ship Supply as its supply service partner for deliveries in ports outside Turkey where EMS is present or/and can deliver. As per the Agreement, ARMA MARINE SERVICES S.A. shall be entitled to describe itself as the "Turkish Representative of EMS Ship Supply".
The aggrement will be in effect as of January 01, 2010.
Following the signature process, Mr Lokkegaard, VP Global Sales and Marketing from EMS Ship Supply, said that there are huge opportunites in a partnership as the one that we have signed today; the synergies that can be profited by having two compatible companies working together represent a real value to our customer base.
