Google køber Motorola Mobility for 40 dollar per Aktie, svarende til en samlet købspris på omkring 12,5 mia. dollar.
Det meddeler Google, der dermed betaler en præmie på 63 pct. sammenlignet med slutkursen på Motorola Mobilitys aktier fredag.
Aftalen er godkendt af begge selskabers bestyrelser.
