Funds managed by Woodford Investment Management LLP, a leading UK based investment fund management company, agree to acquire 52.5 million new shares in IDEX ASA, at a price of NOK 5.65 per share.
Woodford Investment Management LLP will on behalf of its funds acquire a holding of 11.2% of IDEX through a new issue of ordinary shares.
The funds will also receive 26.25 million warrants in IDEX, each at an exercise price of NOK 8.50

IDEX applies for transfer to Oslo Børs main list
The board of IDEX ASA yesterday approved and resolved to send, an application to transfer from the Oslo Axess marketplace to the Oslo Børs main list. The application will be sent to Oslo Børs today, 27 March 2015.

72029 IDEX er en meget spændende virksomhed. Jeg tror at selskabet kan blive lidt af en børsdarling i 2015.
