Exiqon A/S issues new warrants to certain of the company's employees
The supervisory board of Exiqon A/S has today 22 January 2009 resolved to issue
40,000 warrants to certain of the employees in Exiqon A/S' American subsidiary
Oncotech Inc. All warrants have been issued in accordance with the authorization
granted in article 3c of the articles of association, and in accordance with the
overall guidelines for incentive schemes for the supervisory board and executive
board of Exiqon A/S adopted at Exiqon A/S' extraordinary general meeting held on
31 January 2008.
