Copenhagen, 16 November 2009 - NeuroSearch A/S (NEUR) has received notification
from OppenheimerFunds, Inc., that it no longer holds a total of 5% of the
shares in NeuroSearch following the completion of the company's share issue.
As of 11 November 2009, OppenheimerFunds, Inc., on behalf of clients, holds a
total of 1,027,889 shares in NeuroSearch, corresponding to an ownership share
of 4.22% of the company's total outstanding share capital of 24,379,508 shares
of DKK 20 nominal value each.
