Exiqon A/S' share capital and total number of voting rights
Pursuant to Section 6 of executive order no. 1172 of 9 October 2007 about
issuers' disclosure obligations, it is hereby announced that Exiqon A/S' entire
share capital on 30 September 2008 is DKK 30,305,249, nominal value, divided
into shares of DKK 1.00, nominal value, each. Every share of DKK 1.00, nominal
value, carries one vote. The total number of voting rights is 30,305,249.
