07-09-09 kl. 7/9 2009 09:49 | NeuroSearch 3,50 (-0,28%)

Pursuant to the notice, the Extraordinary General Meeting of NeuroSearch A/S
was held today Monday 7 September 2009.

Ian Talmage was elected as a new Board member with immediate effect instead of
Gerard Van Odijk who retired from the Board today.

The suggested amendment to Article 5 of the Articles of Association following
which the Board of Directors during the period ending on 1 September 2014 is
authorised to increase the company's share capital in one or more issues of up
to a total nominal value of DKK 170,000,000 was agreed upon by the shareholders
with more than two third majority but could not be finally adopted as less than
half of the share capital was represented at the Extraordinary General Meeting.

A new Extraordinary General Meeting will therefore be convened for 18 September
2009 at 2 pm where the same amendment will be presented for final adoption.
