NeuroSearch announces revised timetable for the issue of new shares to Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation

Copenhagen, 20 August 2009 - NeuroSearch (NEUR) announces that the timetable
for the issue of 618,562 new shares to Johnson & Johnson Development
Corporation relating to a new drug discovery and drug development alliance
between NeuroSearch and Janssen Pharmaceutica NV as described in announcement
no. 34-09 has been changed.

As of today, the capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce
and Companies Agency ('Erhvervs- og Selskabsstyrelsen'), and the new shares are
now expected to be admitted for trading and official listing on the NASDAQ OMX
Copenhagen exchange under the ISIN code of NeuroSearch's existing shares (ISIN
code DK0010224666) on 25 August 2009.

Expected timetable for the capital increase

Date / Event:

20 August 2009
Registration of the new shares with the Commerce and Companies Agency as well
as issue and registration of the new shares with VP Securities Services.

25 August 2009
Admittance for trading and official listing of the new shares with the NASDAQ
OMX Copenhagen exchange.
