Release date for NeuroSearch's 2009 announcement and related telephone conference

NeuroSearch A/S' 2009 announcement will be on the agenda of a Board meeting
scheduled for 10 March 2010 and will be released immediately hereafter.
On the same day, a teleconference will be held at 3 pm Copenhagen time (2 pm
London time, 9 am New York time), in which Flemming Pedersen, CEO, Anita
Milland, Vice President, CFO and Hanne Leth Hillman, Vice President, Director
of Investor & Capital Market Relations, will present the 2009 announcement and
