Affitech Voting Rights in June 2009 and July 2009

Affitech A/S, (Nasdaq OMX: AFFI), the antibody medicines company, today
announced retrospective information about previous voting rights following the
combination of Affitech AS and Pharmexa A/S in June, 2009.

Voting Rights
The total number of voting rights and the total amount of capital at the end of
each calendar month, June and July 2009, respectively were as follows:

June 30th, 2009: 193,168,304 voting rights (1/share) and total amount of capital
DKK 96,584,152.00

July 31st, 2009: 227,534,529 voting rights (1/share) and total amount of capital
DKK 113,767,264.50

This information is being released now as an update to previous data and does
not impact the total number of votes currently registered.
