Affitech A/S, (NASDAQ OMX: AFFI), the antibody medicines company, today
announced that it has been advised by Verdane Capital
IV TWIN AS, Verdane Private Equity AS and Teknoinvest VII KS, shareholders in
Affitech A/S, that their ownership of Affitech A/S has now been reduced below 5%
of the outstanding share capital.
