Decisions of extraordinary general meeting in Affitech A/S

Affitech A/S, (NASDAQ OMX: AFFI), the antibody medicines company, today
Wednesday, 30th June 2010 at 11:00 a.m. held an extraordinary general meeting at
Næsseslottet, Dronninggårds Allé 136, DK-2840 Holte.
The following decisions were made:
The board of directors' motion to change the company's currently effective
general guidelines for incentive payment for the Board of Directors and
executive management of Affitech A/S was adopted.
The board of directors' motion to authorise the board of directors to increase
the share capital was adopted.
The board of directors' motion to authorise the board of directors to issue
warrants was adopted.
The board of directors' motion to amend a number of provisions in the company's
articles of association, also as a result of the new Danish Companies Act was
adopted.
The board of directors' motion to include an article regarding the language at
general meeting etc. was adopted.
The chairman of the meeting was authorised to file any resolutions required to
be registered with the Commerce and Companies agency.
