Copenhagen, Denmark - 19 August 2010 - Topotarget A/S (NASDAQ OMX: TOPO)
announced today the company's interim report for the period 1 January to 30
June 2010.

• Topotarget generated revenue of DKK 62.8 million (251% increase) during the
period compared with DKK 25.0 million in the same period last year
• Operating expenses for the six months period ended 30 June 2010 were DKK 76.9
million (excluding one-off-items for the period of DKK 11.1 million) compared
to DKK 79.7 million for the same period 2009
• Operating profit for the six months period ended 30 June 2010 was DKK 7.3
million compared to a loss of DKK 54.7 million for the same period 2009
• Cash and cash equivalents at 30 June 2010 were DKK 262.1 million compared to
DKK 55.8 million at 30 June 2009
• Topotarget confirms its financial guidance as stated 22 April 2010 of a
pre-tax profit for the 2010 financial year of approximately DKK 0 million to
DKK 20 million
• Topotarget expects cash and cash equivalents of DKK 195 million to DKK 215
million as at 31 December 2010 which is DKK 20 million higher than guidance
given 22 April 2010. The main reasons for the changed guidance is a cash gain
from conversion of USD to DKK and transfer of contractual obligations and
deposits to Spectrum.
