Copenhagen, 10 January 2011 - NeuroSearch A/S (NEUR) today announced that the
company has received notification from ATP that ATP, AES and SUPP have reduced
their joint ownership in NeuroSearch A/S.

Hereafter, ATP, AES and SUPP hold a total of 2,439,602 shares of DKK 20 nominal
value in NeuroSearch on behalf of clients, corresponding to a total ownership
and voting rights of 9.94% of the total outstanding share capital of 24,553,947
shares.
