Member of the Board of Directors has passed away


LifeCycle Pharma A/S (OMX: LCP) today announced with great sadness that Dr.
Jean Deleage, member of the Board of Directors of LCP, has passed away
following a short period of severe illness.


Jean Deleage has been a member of the Board of Directors of LCP since 2005 and
has during this period been a significant contributor to the development of the
Company.


Jean began his venture capital career with Sofinnova in 1971 in Paris, France.
Jean was a visionary industry leader within biotechnology, and in 1996 he
co-founded the Alta BioPharma family of funds, one of the very first venture
capital initiatives to fund later stage life sciences companies. Jean was an
early investor in many of the leading companies in the field today, including
Cephalon, Chiron and Genentech.
