The NeuroSearch A/S (NEUR) Q1 interim report for 2011 will be on the agenda of
a Board meeting scheduled for 27 April 2011 and will be released immediately
hereafter.

The interim report will be presented at the Annual General Meeting of
NeuroSearch to be held on the same day at 4.00 pm CET at the Radisson Blu
Falconer Hotel & Conference Center, Falkoner Allé 9, DK-2000 Frederiksberg,
