TOPO.CO) announced that the Board of Directors has reviewed and approved the
company's interim report for the period January 1 to September 30, 2011.


The results for the period January 1 to September 30, 2011


-- Topotarget recognized revenues of DKK 74.3million during the period (DKK
95.9million in the same period in 2010)


-- A pre-tax loss of DKK 14.7million (2010: Profit of DKK 11.7million) was
recorded for the period


-- The Group's net cash and cash equivalents as of September 30, 2011 totaled
DKK 132.1million (DKK 205.1 million at year-end 2010)


-- Topotarget is still expecting the pre-tax loss to be within the guidance
given on April 5, 2011 of DKK 20-40million for 2011 and a net cash position
of DKK 110-130 million at the end of 2011


-- In respect to the CLN-17 study (CUP), Topotarget is awaiting
progression-free survival (PFS) results to be availabletake place. Timing
of the top-line data is expected to be reported during H1 2012
