Tulsa, OK - February 29, 2012 - Rose Rock Midstream, L.P. (NYSE: RRMS) has filed its form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2011, with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A copy of the Form 10-K is available to be viewed or downloaded on Rose Rock Midstream's website at www.rrmidstream.com. Upon request to its Investor Relations department, Rose Rock Midstream will send a hard copy of its complete audited financial statements to investors, free of charge.
