At present it is too early to speculate on the mechanism of action but we are encouraged by our ability to manage the tox profile in cancer patients. 2021 will be the year where we will hope to see data from the expansion cohort with this antibody and to get a better feeling of the mechanism underlying the toxicity in some of the patients.
